Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (PAWDORABLE, Julia Büchel, Bruchweg 6, 76473 Iffezheim, E-Mail: info@pawdorable.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.
You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
